At the foot of the mountains just setps from the Italian border, the 1930s rotunda building that houses the Mirazur offers a spacious, elegant and bright dining room. Inspired by the sea, the mountain and the fruits and vegetables grown in his own gardens, the Chef invents clean, pictorial, colorful plates that play on textures and bold combinations.
