With a panorama open to the horizons of the Valleys of Ardèche and Mont du Velay, the father and son restaurant, Regis et Jacques Marcon is situated on a hillside about two hours drive west of Lyon. The restaurant is dedicated to seasonal gastronomy and as the microclimate is often cold and wet, which becomes ideal for mushrooms. Not surprisingly, this is the speciality of the restaurant. The Marcons' cuisine pays tribute to mother nature, therefore using the finest ingredients and being both innovative and respectful of traditions.
